Information submitted during submission of telephone or email enquiries is only collected to allow us to respond to the enquiry.
Personal information submitted on the Travel Booking Form is required in order to make required travel arrangements on your behalf. Necessary details will be shared with our ground operators in each country for the purpose of booking flights and accommodation.
We process personal information collected online when you sign up online to the Newsletter (your email, name, and consent for e-mail marketing) so as to send you Travel Newsletters.

How we Protect your Data
We hold data only for as long as is necessary. We do not keep more information than we need. The retention period will vary according to the purpose, travel booking forms for example are only retained for up to four months after a tour has taken place.
